Why can’t I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled unless it falls outside of the shipping window.

Can I cancel my order at all?

Yes — you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by visiting your Order History. If eligible, you’ll see an option to self-cancel the order. After this 30-minute window, all sales are considered final.

Why is cancellation limited?

Topps offers many collectible items with limited print runs. These items are highly sought after by collectors. To ensure fairness and maintain the value of these collectibles, we have implemented an all sales final policy.

What if my order has not shipped within the estimated shipping window?

If your order has not shipped within the estimated shipping window, please contact our Collector Support team for assistance.

Can I exchange my item for something else?

While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return eligible items for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.

  • Apparel Returns: Apparel items purchased can be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. Please refer to our full returns policy for more details.
  • Trading Cards and Hobby Products: All trading cards and hobby products are sold as all sales final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
